Ok so, I weigh 61.5 kg, 173 cm. Decided to go to the gym since I've always looked skinny (probably an ectomorph, though I've never really exercized in my life).
Anyways, I'm the typical "you can eat what you want, you won't get fat", or so I thought.
The other day, I started going to the gym. They did an evaluation of my body, and surprise surprise, the freaking machine said I had 25% body fat?? Holy jesus, that means I'm fat? They got surprised as well, cause I'm really skinny. Then, they said I had visceral fat. Cause I don't have any visible fat on my body.
Anyways, now I'm doing 15m cardio, some muscle training circuit, 15m cardion, muscle training x2 circuit, abs circuit x1 (though I can't do it that well) and then stretches.
Got some questions about this. Should I worry about losing that fat? Should I make some type of diet?
Imma post a pic real soon just to show you guys. I mean, if I incline my body, I can see my abs nicely. So, pretty weird uh?

Its that high because you probably have little to zero lean mass. I'd say bulk up hard, go on a 500caloric surplus for 6 months at least. And cut off the excess cardio, it will just slow down your progress. For your workout i suggest you do chest/biceps - legs/shoulders - back/triceps, thats good frequency and make sure you add in the rest days and volume to your likings and focus on heavy compounds.
I did this myself and im still at it. Has worked pretty good for me.Stats:
~13% BF
Deadlift 2RM's : 140kg's / 308 lbs
Squat 3RM's : 120 kg 's / 264 lbs
Bench 2RM's : 75 kg's / 165 lbs
On dat dere dirty bulk.
