    Rate my 3 month transformation - 87kg to 78kg

    Posting here for you guys to rate my transformation.

    Been cutting since end of October, gone from 87kg to 78kg.

    Trained almost everyday since then and been working real hard to get rid of the fat.



    Could someone also estimate my bf% please?

    I'd say somewhere around 12% - looks great and you did great with your cut. I'd do a clean bulk right now if I were you and add some more mass.

    usually eat at 1700~ calories, but depends on how much exercise i do that day, i'll usually do around 2-3 hrs of training per day (1hr weights, 1hr boxing/jumping rope and around 1hr kicking the footy and running for it.)

    some days i eat 1400 and some days 2000, but yeah its usually around 1700.

    Yeah diet was pretty strict, but I made sure i was in a calorie deficit each day + was doing exercise twice a day (2hrs+)
