Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong section. Title pretty much says it, im 16 almost 17 with 20ish% body fat and 180cm tall. Would anyone be able to suggest the following in the title, i am not worried about costs of the supplements.

push/pull/lower/off/repeat. I would start with 5x5 or 5/3/1 wendler. creatine+whey is all you need. Look at stickies, use calculator to figure out your macros. Doesn't matter what you eat as long as you're hitting macro+micronutrient needs.
12/1/12 - 120 lbs ~12% first bulk, only upper body.
5/15/13 - 145 lbs ~16% First cut
8/1/13 - 130 lbs ~8% Second bulk. Started training legs. 2x/week per bodypart. Track macros everyday
2/1/14 - 155 lbs ~13%
2/22/14 - 157 lbs ~14% Second cut
3/8/14 - 152 lbs ~11-12%
4/2/14 - 149 lbs ~9-10%
7/20/14 - 143 lbs ~7%
