Molten chocolate
Smell : 9/10
As soon as I opened the tub, a deep, dark chocolate smell flooded my nostrils. It smelled exactly like opening a box of quality chocolates from a candy shop. Unlike a lot of chocolate proteins, this one had no artificial or "cocoa powdery" smell. It was that of a real piece of chocolate. Intradesting...
Taste : 9/10
Ok, another 9! So far, so good. It tastes exactly how it smells. If you're a fan of super sweet chocolate proteins, then this one is not for you. If you like deep chocolate, then you've found your match. Cellucor did an excellent job at developing a flavor that emulates chocolate in the fullest. A+ on taste in water. I can't wait to try it in a recipe!!
Mixibility : 8/10
No clumpage in a shaker, however it took a bit with a spoon. It mixed rather well, but the liquid has to be at a good temp. I noticed when it was ice cold, it did not want to mix as well as when the liquid came closer to room temp. Still not bad at all by any means.
Formula : 10/10
Per Serving (35g)
Calories - 130
1.5g Fat
3g Carbs
25g Protein
It goes without saying that this is a quality product. The macros are outstanding, especially for what you get taste wise. They do not sacrifice taste for quality, that's for sure.
Cost : 8.75/10
So I'm a cheapskate when it comes to protein, however, that is beginning to change. The price, when being compared to competitors, is actually quite affordable. The quality speaks for itself, so in terms of price per gram of protein, you are looking at a truly affordable, high quality product. I know where I will be purchasing all my future protein from!
Overall : 9/10
I love me some chocolate and I love the taste of Cellucor's Molten Chocolate. I already have some recipes brewing so stay tuned for some stuff that you will be able to make quickily and easily!

The positive feedback the product line has received coupled with the awesome stack bb.com was running led me to give the products a try. In this thread I will be reviewing PB Marshmallow, Cinnamon Swirl and Cookies n Cream. If someone from Cellucor wants to hook me up with the Chocolate, Vanilla or some of those BCAA's I will gladly review those in this thread as well lol.
The packaging is phenomenal. I really dig the black tubs and scoops. This was my first purchase and only experience thus far with the Cellucor line but judging from these products and pictures online Cellucor seems to do a solid job with all of their packaging. With 130 calories and 25g of protein these powders are very macro friendly. If the taste matches up I may have a new addition to the protein rotation.
Up first this morning was the PB Marshmallow. I'm a PB fiend so I had to start there.
Immediately upon opening the tub you will be smacked in the face by a strong PB smell. To me it came across like you were making PB smores around a campfire. As I already mentioned the black scooper was a nice cosmetic touch.
Today I mixed 1 level scoop with 8 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I threw it in my mini blender (wish I had their Vortex) and noticed it mixed extremely fast. I've noticed with other brands there will be some chalky residue on the sides that sometimes doesn't blend properly but not with this blend. All of the powder mixed flawlessly.
Color was a light tan/brown similar to that of the regular PB2 powder. For me the taste carried both PB and the marshmallow all the way through. I thought of PB graham crackers. Kind of like you took PB, marshmallow and graham crackers and roasted them. Flavor was very unique. I have to give Cellucor props for doing something different. Sipped my cup down in 3-4 gulps with no problems. Slight PB aftertaste which was pleasant to me. I look forward to giving this more sips in the future.
Tomorrow will be Cinnamon Swirl. My favorite cereal in Cinnamon Toast Crunch so I can't wait!

There was a great aroma opening it up. Instantly I thought of a faint smell of Reeses Puffs cereal when opening the box. I mixed 1 scoop with water in my blender and away I went. The peanut butter flavoring isn't oppressive and I think, almost perfect. The marshmallow provides the hint of sweetness on top. There is a slight hint of chemical after taste but overall, very enjoyable.
The application of this protein to cooking is limitless. As you have probably already seen, Chef Bob has done wonderful things with this flavor. I made pancakes with it and it really shined. It was just like eating the peanut butter parts of Reese's Puffs.
I can't wait to try Bob's cookie recipe with this flavor.

First Up: Cinnamon Swirl
Smell: Unbelievable. I can't put a number to it. This stuff left my dorm room smelling like a bakery. I could not believe the strength and deliciousness of this scent.
Taste: 9/10- The taste is awesome...very similar to what The Solution said, "Cinnamon Toast Crunch." It wasn't as strong as I was hoping but still, it was delicious. Tastes more like licking your fingers after eating a cinnamon bun rather than actually eating a cinnamon bun. I had a shake in water, milk and I had a bowl of oats.
Next Up: PB Marshmallow
Smell: ? I could barely smell anything. To me, it smelled like actual Peanut Butter with a hint of plastic tub. This made me nervous at first. (I did open this
after Cinnamon Swirl which could have buffered this, but I didn't think it was that great
Taste: 10/10- Money; complete money. It is exactly as it is described-peanut butter and marshmallow. Take a smore's, remove the chocolate, add peanut butter...win. I only had oats so far and it truly tastes like a peanut butter covered marshmallow. (The oats add the graham cracker.
I should be adding to this throughout the week but college has really cut down on my cooking ability.
Good luck to all that apply, the contest will end when there is plenty of applications to pick the final 10 loggers
