    Squat Help

    When I got done doing squat, the next day i felt sore in shoulders and lower back is this bad. I am new to squating so not sure what to look for for.

    post a video, sounds like either your not staying tight, pushing abs out or doing GM out of hole.

    need a vid to confirm
