I know plenty who listen to metal. In fact you'd probably be more inclined to listen to metal considering R'n'b can trace itself back to the blues, and thrash among other genres of metal pretty much came from that. Not saying all blacks listen to r'n'b but most artists/listeners for that genre are black.

This coming from someone who is Spanish and listens to all genres of music.
