Red face How much weight do I enter in my bodyspace?

    Hey there,

If I lift 2 dumbbells of 30 lbs each and rep of 25 in 1 set, how much weight lifted do I have to enter in my bodyspace? Should it be 30 lbs or 60 lbs?

    Thanks

For the dumbbell curls entry, or for the barbell curls entry?

Not dumbbell curls, but any exercise associated with dumbbells.

Dumbbell exercises are generally listed by the weight of one dumbbell. IOW, if you did a set of Dumbbell Curls with 30 pound dumbbells, you'd list them as "30 pound Dumbbell Curls."

    This.

Although here on BB.com it's usually a factor of at least four.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
