still in my teens, but some things I wish I would have started earlier

1) lifting
2) caring about what I put into my body (former fatty)
3) being more outgoing/social
4) not caring about people judging me
5) not get caught up in a 3 year relationship with this one girl

-Not dieting seriously until this year
-Not taking school easier/taking too many APs, honestly could've gotten into the colleges I applied to without taking all of these classes
-Not getting my drivers license yet
-Not going to Bahamas with my friends, but my parents don't trust me enough to go

- Stuck with team sports while I had the chance
- Committed my time to things that mattered (school/ lifting) instead of worrying about social status in H.S. (drinking/ partying/ drugs)
- Waited till I was older to experiment with drugs and alcohol when I could moderate and handle it maturely instead of doing it because it was "cool" and letting it ruin a lot of great opportunities I had.
- Never been in long term relationships when I was younger
- Spent more time with family instead of friends

I regret throwing away the lunch my dad made me everyday in middle/high school, probably why I turned into an anorexic fuk
Not focusing on school work when I had the potential to become so much more academically
Not playing a sport in high school, even though I would have sucked at all of them
Not putting my social insecurities aside. I wish I made more friends and was more sociable in high school. Even though I would do everything differently I still really enjoyed high school and see it as one of the best times of my life, despite never partying or going to sports games etc...
I also deeply regret graduating a virgin

this is my #1. Nothing else even comes close. I regret this SO MUCH it's not even funny. My social skills lagged way behind and I missed out on the entire party lifestyle that everyone else had. But of course I have social anxiety disorder and some other diagnoses so I doubt that there would've ever been anything I could do to change my mind.

Why would you regret that? That doesn't change anything. It makes more sense to regret not being outgoing enough to ever be in a position where you could actually lose your virginity. All in all "getting laid" doesn't change anything.

1. Not starting out with 5x5 or stronglifts like everyone told me to do
2. Not applying myself in earlier years of highschool like I should have
3. Wasting my time and energy in a 8 month relationship after which my gf dumped me.
4. Being insecure in early highschool
5. Being an introvert
