I'm about half way to my goal! I started out at 155lbs, at 142.9 currently and would like to be at 130! My final personal training sessions are next week so I will need the motivation. Thanks for starting this :]

Im starting a week early (tomorrow). Im going to lose a pound a week.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

in. at about 178lbs and 18-20% bf. looking to lose about 20lbs and 8-10% bf. Almost ALL of it is at my midsection (a little in the face). Anyone know any good tips to really get rid of bf at the abdomen?

I am absolutely in. Since September I've dropped 30 lbs, still a long while to go, but it will be nice to see my weight being tracked elsewhere and to get motivation from others too.
