I've started to open the door to taking big boy pills as opposed to eating gummy vitamins. Right now I've been taking animal pak, I actually like it. I notice I'm not tired throughout the day an I know I can get it for a really good price. The main problem that I have is that it's 11 pills in one pack. 11 pills takes me awhile to swallow an some of them it's just impossible for me to swallow.
So, after I finish all of my packs I'm going to be getting a new multi. (More than likely) An it has come down to;
Orange triad, ortho-core, sportpharma multi, universal univite, or opti men.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Orange Triad all day, 45 full days worth of high quality forms of vitamins/minerals, immune/digestive complex and a comprehensive joints/flex support. You might say why do I need joints/flex support for as none of my joints hurt right now? I say preventative care is always better than treatment, just like when you get sick don't you wish you had taken better care of yourself so that it didn't happen? Exacto.

With the form of vitamin K you're using, though it's a miniscule amount, you should have a warning on the label for people who have been prescribed anticoagulants specifically.
Also curious of the amounts of beta-sitosterol and CoQ10, as the daily amounts for prostate and cardiovascular benefits, respectively, are roughly 180-360mg and 200mg.
Not to bash, I'm asking as a 35-year-old male consumer who's concerned about things like that.

I don't know the specific amounts, those ingredients are in a blend like some other multi's have. Uni-Vite is a multi with some extras, it's not meant to be a sole CoQ10 supplement. That would certainly change the pricing and serving size. Uni-Vite is meant as an economical choice for people that want an easy to swallow, capsule multi.

orange triad.. great profile plus joint support... Last week my elbow started to really bother me, I'm assuming from jumping up so fast in my dead lifts.. It just so happened I got orange triad in the mail that week and I've been taking it for about 4 days now and my elbow isn't bothering me anymore at all.. Could be coincidence.. But ill give OT the credit as I didn't take it easy on my elbow even when it hurt.
