Golfer's Elbow and Tennis Elbow Video

I made this video to help those naturally treat Golfers Elbow or Tennis Elbow as well as flexibility in arms for front squats.

Great video, thanks. Could someone with aching shoulders but only mild tendinitis fix his shoulders by fixing the carpel tunnel syndrome/tennis elbow?

Eastern philosophy believes everything is connected. So yes. But never be content with working a specific condition. Always address the entire anatomy of a sub-section.

So I would work from the occipitalis all the way down to the most distal aspect of your thumb.

Good fortune and happy hunting for relief.

try to massage that area for 3-5 min to increase the blood flow. After add stretches and eccentric exercises with low weight. The key is slow eccentric movement, your tendons gonna get stronger and you will rid of the pain
