Hello, I was just wondering if you guys could help me or give me some tips on getting in shape. I currently run a 8:30 mile. I need to get down to around 6min 1mile and 13:50 2mile by July so I am ready when we start conditioning. I run just about everyday on the treadmill for about 2 or 3 miles which takes me about 20 - 30 mins. I started running at 6mph and I am going up slowly, now I run at 6.3 which I increased after about a day. I was just hoping you guys could give me tips and steer me in the right direction. Thanks in advance guys !
