what do you think of my lifts? deadlift form is a bit off i know. i'm working on it
that was my first attempt at 100kg (220.4lbs) squat and i thought i did well

kept your hips down on the deadlift which is good, very easy to let them shoot up in a max out
try not to exaggerate the lock out, just stand up straight
hard to see but make sure you keep your wrists right under the bar in the press
good lifting.They said you were done!

Just keep aiming higher and don't stop.
Personally I would have said your back was very horizontal on the deadlift so a lot more lower back than legs drive to initiate, which is what makes it slow off the ground, but its often a hard one that really depends on people's proportions.Gym Lifts
