When should I drink my protein shake? I use BSN syntha 6. I drink it only once a day, usually as a post-workout shake. I usually workout from 8-10 pm.

you dont need a protein shake... but any time you are awake would work.

That's just a processed fast food marketed as a "supplement". Consume it like any other processed fast food -- when you're hungry and in the mood for that type of food.
