We'll use this thread to keep each other accountable and motivated to stick to waking up early and also share tips and ideas on how to do it better.
Keys to waking up early:
1) Be consistent. Wake up at the same time everyday day regardless of whether it's a weekend or weekday.
2) GO TO BED on time. Staying up too late is the primary contributor to oversleeping
3) Change your mindset about the morning. Think of waking up not as a chore but as the first step to building the life of your dreams.

In the mornings as well, really helps to wake up when it's still dark outside. Woke up at 430 today, turned on the natural light lamp and feels great man. Really helps with seasonal depression too I've noticed. That and supplementing vitamin D.11B, NASM CPT, CFL1

Im chilling at the weekends and getting greater sleep in. But in mon-fri I wake myself up 7am every morning to drive my mom to work and then go to gym with friends or by myself. Usually around 10 Ill go to library to read for futures application exam for uni. But yeah, getting up every morning is great, you get your chit done early in the day and got time to actually have fun aswell. No more lazyass 12hour+sleep, 6-8hours is the sweet spot.

For a day is coming when your child shall approach your bed in horror, for lack of cereal in the morning...and then you just put that little turd on IF so it can keep itz gainz...

Any second waking up after 6AM is wasting the day, so much can be done, wish I could follow this myself, joining the crew for motivation
