Need Tips for 15 Year Old Beginner

    I'm 15 y.o. 5'11" 140lbs
I started working out a lot about 2 months ago. I play baseball and for my 2 teams I'm training for, here's my routine.
    Mon - 1 1/2 hours lifting
    Tues - Speed/Power training + sprints + 2 mile run
    Wed - 1 1/2 hours lifting
    Thurs - Speed/Power training + sprints + 2 mile run
    Fri - 1 1/2 hours lifting
    Sat - Speed/Power training + sprints + 2 mile run
    Sun - Simple baseball practice

After doing this for about 2 months so far, I've noticed decent muscle gain, but I know I could be doing a lot better. I really want to bulk up more. My diet is OK.. mostly healthy but it's nothing like those protein rich diets. Also I'm on no supplements.
Can somebody please give me advice to gain muscle?
    Thanks!

Yes. Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun and Tues/Thurs/Sat are by two different coaches. They are required team workouts.

Well, Id say to just follow what your coaches are giving you for now. They are training you for your sport, and any outside lifting (right now) may negatively affect what youre already doing. Wait till the off season to start lifting and putting on size. But thats just my opinion.

I agree with the workout part. But if you want supplements, I take: whey protein powder, fish oil, vitamin c, vitamin b (super-complex), and a daily multivitamin.

ok supplements are never needed, they are meant solely as a supplement to your lifts, to aid you. there is a preconceived notion that supps automatically make you bigger. And it wont do much if your not eating right. Always take a multi for good health, it keeps sickness away. and it happens to help with lifting. Fish oil is unnecessary but is nice to have if you can i would go with one that is ecertic coated so you dont get fish burps which are gross. And then i would take whey protein post workout, its not needed but it would help with muscle recovery time. you dont need any fancy stuff either protein is protein. Good Luck man. PM me if you ever have any questions!

Baseball is not about bulking up and lifting until you cant bend your arm. Its about quick bursts of speed that you could do over and over again. If you are looking for a good baseball workout i would recommend looking into a book called TuffCuff, it is specifically geared towards pitches but can also be used for the general workout baseball players should follow. It talks about Diet, warm-ups, full year routine, and more. I really recommend it.

If you are new I'd suggest you do SS, to gain some strength. If your routine is good, then continue with it, but it is always better to start with some strength base.
To gain more mass: cut down the cardio please, or at least keep it to a minimum. 2 mile run.... On a bulk you barely do cardio mate. Cut down on the cardio and you won't lose as many gains.
If you REALLY need to do it, then simply compensate for the calories you burn by eating extra.
    More pain, more gain.
