    Good whey protein recipes (pls easy ones)?

    Hey all, can anyone post some recipes to make protein bars/brownies/snacks that are easy and quick to make? I have gold standard chocolate malt whey.
    (cant use almonds)

    Most "protein recipes" taste **** compared to the actual thing.

    Eat/make the real thing and have a shake/chicken on the side for the protein

    Have you guys checked the articles I've written on the nutrition section here? there's a bunch of recipes on there. Also, got on to my blog protein pow dot com, there's now like 700+ recipes on there! And they're all pretty easy :-)

    Cup of oats, serving of protein and put into a mixing bowl. Pour over and mix in egg whites until the lot is covered but not too much excess egg white.
    Pour 'the batter' onto a frying pan and cook like a pancake or omelette. Takes 5-10 minutes to make and a great alternative breakfast or a smaller serving as a snack.
