    Chinese Food?

I jus had a question regarding chinese food.. How bad is chicken w/ broccelli n pork fried rice for you? I was thinkin that jus have it steamed w/o the sauce would be ok.

steamed over rice would be much better for you.

ahh chinese food is one of my weaknesses, at least if you have enough self control when your odering you can get steamed veges and some chicken. the regular chcken and broccoli has sooo much salt in it, and the pork fried rice i dont think is very good for you, its hard to find nutritional content for chinese, but there was a link i saw for restaurant nutritional values---if you can find that and look for PF Changs that might give you a good idea of what your eating.

I always prefer to order the steamed chicken, shrimp, or scallops with vegetables, of course rice comes with it. I find this is possibly the healthiest option when ordering Chinese food.
