hey guys i was never the guy who always wanted big arms so i dont really do much bicep work outs. This is my Back/Bi's day work out

10 minute stretch & jog to warm up

    Weighted pull ups - 15lbsx10 4 sets
    BB row (over-hand) - 95lbsx10 4 sets
    DB row - 55lbsx10 4 sets
    Low row (machine) - 120lbsx10 4 sets
    Deadlift - 185lbsx10 4 sets
    Good mornings 25lbsx10 4 sets

that was my workout this week but im going up by 5lbs in every workout since i did 10 reps for every set

I dont think you need 3 rowing movements but thats just my opinion. One or two bicep isolations wont hurt.

    Add db curls.

And as for rows, just try to make sure you are hitting from all angles.

Such as pull ups or pull downs, seated cable rows, bent over rows and maybe upright rows

-How to rustle jimmies with facts: Tell "progressives" that the KKK was founded by southern democrats and the founder of planned parenthood is a racist eugenicist. Tell neocons that the founding fathers were liberals. (Albeit "classical liberals" but this dampers the rustling)
