First post, but I thought I'd share my PCT plan after a 5-week cycle of DMZ, which went as follows: 20/20/30/30/30. I pre-loaded with cycle assist and continued for the first two weeks of my cycle. Additionally, I used milk thistle, fish oil, multi-vitamins, glucosamine, Jack3d pre-workout, and whey protein for supplements. I am an extreme hard-gainer, so the 15lbs of muscle I put on during the 5 weeks has left me very pleased with the result. I dramatically increased my lifts in just about every area; most notably, though, was the 30lbs I added to my bench press. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end, as I will begin my PCT this coming Sunday. I think I'm pretty well-prepared for my PCT, although any advice/concerns/ideas would be welcomed. Starting Monday, my PCT will look like this:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
DAA
Anabeta
Erase Pro
Cycle Assist
Fish oil/ZMA/Horny Goat Weed
Cellucor C4 pre-workout
Yok3d caps
Whey Protein
