Has there been any muscle gain here?

Basically the story is I worked out for 5 months, lost motivation, stopped and resumed 2 months later. I've been doing the All Pros routine for about a month now.

fivemonths.jpg is from May-November, with the first pic being in May, the second in July, and the last set in November.

    feb.jpg was this morning

Do I have a good base for muscle building?

looking at the first picture, i can clearly see mini cut and then mini bulk...
    looks good op!

if your stats are correct 5'11 and 181, i would bulk 6-7 more lbs and then cut down to 180

That's understandable. I just looked in the mirror one day after about a year and half of working out and noticed my biceps were different.

yes. Youre doing fine. This isnt magic. it takes a lot of time and effort. Diet is key as well as proper lifting routine. you have a decent body type..just keep working hard. real hard.

you have a good base. you need to be more consistent with your workouts and nutrition to see that obvious change.
