    Question Question

    If I train 4 days a week, is it bad to take 2-3 rest days before i begin my cycle again?

    So

    Monday- Chest and Biceps and Forearms
    Tuesday- Legs, Abs
    Wednesday- Back and Triceps
    Thursday- Shoulders, Calfs, and Abs
    Friday- Rest
    Saturday- Rest
    Sunday- Rest

    You should be doing muscles twice a week so if i were you i would use those three days
    I used to lift
    Now I get triggered by people's poor form while they lift heavier weights than I can
