Got up at 7am, like a little kid at Christmas, first thought was to weigh myself. 79.3kg (174.8lbs), happy with that. Lowest ive been before was 78.8kg before, so should pass that soon.
Still have enough time to hit my goal weight of 69kg by first week in July (2lb loss per week). Just gotta keep at it.
Didnt end up tracking my calories, didnt go crazy, probably around/slightly over maintenance.
Went clubbing with my mates, wasn't really feeling it and my confidence was really low so didnt enjoy the night, was feeling pretty down.
Went to the gym and did half an hour of cardio

Yesterday and today were ok- felt run down and unhappy so didnt track calories-didnt go wild- estimating around 2000 cals both days.
Normal service will resume tomorrow. Also looking to do a PSMF for a couple of weeks towards the end of this month having read the handbook by Lyle McDonald-really interesting readCutting for summer, my 20th and beyond

Poor gym session today, couldnt get into my routine: the gym i'm at for the time being is really overcrowded doesnt help.
Diet was on point- ate a few too many cookies- thought they were 50cals each... realised they were 100 each- mybad.
Finished at 1196 calories for the day- intentionally low as I was pretty inactive and want to drop this fat quickerCutting for summer, my 20th and beyond

Last couple days have been poor- still been in a deficit but only by a couple of hundred calories without having been working out.
From here I'm gonna change a couple of things:
-Implement IF- I'm finding I can be hitting my macros and calories perfectly until the evening time where it all goes wrong- due to me losing discipline and giving in when my parents (living away from uni for a couple of months) bring junk food home. So probably will restrict myself to eating from 3pm-9pm- damage limitation sort of strategy
-changing my workout program from my 'self-designed-mr-know-it-all' to a tried and tested program- thinking the icecream fitness 5x5Cutting for summer, my 20th and beyond

Havent forgotten about this log, just not finding the time or motivation to keep updating it- will most likely switch to weekly updates
Switched to a PSMF/RFL Lyle McDonald regime- its working well - dropping weight and no strength loss.
78.2kg this morning- a lot of the initial weight loss is water weight as glycogen stores get depleted, havent seen much of a mirror change.
Doing full body workout 2 or 3 times a week, got exams in next week weeks so Im really inactive which is helping as RFL cals are lowCutting for summer, my 20th and beyond
