My gym was closed for periods during the Christmas and New Year holidays.I just hit my chest for the first time in two weeks, the same with my shoulder workout on Wednesday. The workouts were horrible. I didn't seem as focused. Recently, I hate to admit, I seem to have lost some interest in working out.
How long before I get back in the swing of things? Is there anything I should do to help?
