This is my progress after 4 months, I did a 6 week cut, and am now bulking, I know I am still at a high bf% but after watching the ice cream fitness video on skinnyfat guys, it persuaded me to bulk.
Lifts: 3x5
Start Now
Bench-45kg. 82.5kg
Squat- 60kg. 110kg
Dead - 60kg. 130kg
Also I just hit my goal of 3x8 dips with +20kg
My cut was a typical bb split, where I gained no strength and for my bulk I am running babylovers SS
