if i lifted only to have a big physique i would've been on dat dere a long time ago...
i would have made 3x more gains on enough testosterona even if i lifted with only half the intensity i do know, i know this..
but hell i love lifting, i love giving it all and leaving my soul at the gym, regardless if i make the same gains now as in my first year of lifting, it still makes me happy

Actually in an interview before and after the race, Usain says that he didn't actually focus on his weaknesses (Start) but rather concentrated on the last 40meters of the race. Anyways after 3-4 strides, Usain is already ahead of his competition.
When Pink cuts down, he going to look even bigger. The lower bf and more visible muscle mass will give the illusion of being bigger or more muscular.

lmao
Identity as Koala's troll account: confirmed
I get much more attention/comments when at higher bodyfat and bigger than when at lower bodyfat a lot of the time.
To random people if you look huge and muscular, as long as you aren't fat, they'll think you're arnold.

Maybe if you guys stopped bringing it up in every thread I make I wouldn't talk about it. Notice that I said nothing about steroids or anything wrong with stayin natural until someone decided to run their mouth. I realize everybody has different goals and if you wish to stay natural that's fine, just don't be deluded and think you can achieve something like whitekoala posted (which is absolutely ludacris) or something loke zane or arnold naturally. Just because i
t was the 70s does not mean they were not abusing everything they could get their hands on.
Anyways I apologize if I came off on the wrong foot against naturals, nothing wrong with it, lift for your own goals and don't stop no matter what anybody says. Whitekoala isn't the first guy to tell me I couldn't do it.
The OP had nothing to do with natural vs unnatural, only that it takes time to build a great physique no matter what you do. Don't expect it overnight and don't get discouraged if you don't reach your goals as fast as you thought you would.

Wow! You guys have a LOT of free time on your hands, can't help but think all this time you spent reading and replying, if that time was spent in the gym? Haha, just chill out, i'm personally against steroids and other "enhancing" substances, but to each his own. Didn't Pinkton lie about his age? Felt pretty hard about that because I had a lot of respect for that guy.

Ty, but compared to how I want to look I still look like chit...
Adding 40lbs lbm this year will hopefully help...
Lmao rustled jimmies since March 2010
1. All your photos are taken in a changing room (so pumped)
2. They're all in good lighting
3. You're on your own so there's noone to compare you to
4. You're shirtless in all of them, you are probz DYEL status in clothes...
I guarantee you look skinny AF in normal life...
No offence, you have a great physique...I would just never choose to have said physique (inb4, you look like chit... (I know I do but I'm planning more into the future))
And this is all assuming you're natty...
Ps. Next to me you would look like a fcking stick (no e-brag)Last edited by OneMA2011; 01-06-2013 at 10:26 AM.
