What program for maximal strength/medium hypertrophy gains?

    Hey!

Been working out for like 7-8 months "more seriously", but I`ve only started with a real program (sl5x5) 1 month ago. My 1 rep maxes are 100kg bench, 150kg deads, squats not sure, last time 110kg but gonna aim for 130kg really soon. I noticed i hit abit of a plateau on military presses and the bench last time i ran 5x5, after 4 weeks of training. Should I continue with sl5x5 until i deload 2-3 times on squats, or can i already start madcow or sl5x5 3x5 instead?

Looking to lean bulk at first and get to 130 bench, 200 deadlift and 155kg squat by this year. I workout 3 times a week with 2 added isolations (dips, chins) with abs on all days. Also gonna start cardio training 1-2 times a week since i recently quit football.

Is this program optimal to get nice hypertrophy gains and also very good strength gains? Id like to "build a base strength" as many people say its better to start that way, then up the volume for bigger muscles.
