Wont complain about sleep I get though, it's sufficient.
I always wondered what people did with the extra time they get from not having to go to the gym. Blows my mind. I estimate I spend about 10 hours a week in the gym (not even time getting there, but actually time spent in it).
That's like 2/3rd of a day being awake almost. Can you imagine what I'd be able to do if we were to suddenly tack on 10 extra hours every week for me at the end of the week that everyone else didn't get? Sh*t I'd probably be president by now.

I work weekends at some wicked overly expensive restaurant. Pays great for doing jack sht, and can still work it w classes since it's just weekends.

I didn't think my workouts were all that intense and usually hit the gym 4 days a week. No doubt work made me physically and mentally exhausted, so I think that contributed a lot to my motivation plummet. While that exhaustion hasn't changed, I'm more stressed now and I think getting back in the gym will help relax some of that.
