I am transitioning to maintenance mode/recomp TKD, as well as deconstructing my workouts. I am feeling that it is taking up too much of my time and energy trying to get everything right. I want to enjoy lifting again, as well as the rest of my life more, instead of revolving around dieting/exercising. Health will still be a big part of my life. I've been fat, and I don't want to go there again.
So today:
I powercleaned, not sure how many reps, but a lot @ 135, some @140
Deadlift
205 x 2 x 5
pullups x 10
275 x 1 x 5
pullups x 3
325 single
pullups x 5
350 fail
some rowing, but hands were already tore up from powercleaning and deadlifting, so I am will do it another day.

Fasted most of the day, until about 1600. Rode bike to store and back(with groceries) and did some swimming, all fasted. Broke fast with 1 Miller light, 1 bud light platinum, 2 nathan's hot dogs, 2 johnsonville bratwurst, salad with dressing, and a lot of veggies with cheese + french fried onions + cream of chicken soup casserole. Will have a casein shake and water shortly and calling it a day.
