I just bought some Adidas Powerperfect 2's, which are narrower,I got wide feet myself, but they will adapt with a few uses.
got em from vikingweightlifting for 125 bucks

I know for a fact the Nike Romaleos are wider, but they are also 200+. Personally I would go with the Adidas.

I had some ****ty VS athletics before, they fell apart pretty quickly and were pretty crappy.

i read that shortly after posting this thread. i also read that the heel height is scaled to the size of the shoe which could be really noticeable for me. I have narrowed it down to Nike's or Adidas ironwork 3 that i found for 100

Go for the the Ironwork 3's. The Nike's are not worth double the price. the difference is neglible.

Where exactly would you find Ironwork 3's? Aren't they discontinued? The PPII's are the current Ironworks replacement right?

ive heard the nikes are probably the best in terms of longevity. some of the adidas are good too. But duwins/vs etc just fall apart after a month for some people. so that could be some justification to spend a bit more.

Just add my opinion, having lifted in several different brands of shoes over the years. I have wide(r) feet, usually something in the neighborhood of EEE width in dress shoes. Do-wins fit the best for me, but I haven't lifted in the newer versions, mine were 2009 model before Pendlay put his name on them. I currently lift in Nike's, gen 1, and they stretched out nicely and fit like a glove. After a year of lifting in them, no noticeable wear, and I lift 4-6 times a week. Adidas were far too narrow for me, but may fit regular width feet okay. I'll also say this, My Romaleo's are the most stable weightlifting shoe I've ever lifted in!!

look into kanama also for canada. Rouge has rediculous prices on the canadian site. even the adipowers are extremely high priced. kanama.com is hceaper and if you live in the GTA you can easily just go pick them up.
