Ok teen bodybuilder's wht are your supplements and when are you taking them?
Here's mine:
8:00am- ON serious mass 1/2 shake
9:00am- 5g creatine monhohydrate, gnc multivitamin, ON fish oil caps
10:00am- jacked 3d before workout
12:00pm- ON serious mass 1/2 shake post workout
9:00pm-BB.com casein protein

I try to stay simple with my supplements. I take a centrum multi when i wake up, whey protein whenever I need it, and pre-workout supplements.

9am- Whey Protein shake (2 scoops) with breakfast
4pm- Workout
6pm- Whey Protein shake (2 scoops) and creatine
All my supplements are dymatize brand (faanboyy i think? nahh they are cheap)
Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate Chocolate Fudge is a good flavor (if someone gives a f u c k)

Multi, Creatine, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Melatonin.
Not too big on most supplements as the majority of them don't do chit in terms of results.
But I did buy a bottle of "slintensity" which I'm rather excited to try out soon
Imo the best natty supps for body composition are: Creatine, ArA, & GDA's.IG: @West_Whey

Creatine monohydrate when i wake up + protein shake after workout. Sleeping pattern is all messed up because i work at a nightclub so i don't really have a set routine
