I've tried most of the products out their. I like C4 and Jack3d for waking me up the most, but I always crash hard after my workout with these. Since repping for RSP I've switched to RSP Fast Fuel and I love it. I get a very similar pick me up but there's absolutely zero crash. Check it out if that's usually an issue for you!

I'm into my 6th week of using C4, and I still haven't noticed any diminishing of the effects. In fact, yesterday, I had the best leg workout I've had since coming back to the gym, and that was after only about 4 hours of less than great sleep the night before. I was dragging ass BIG time all day yesterday, then I downed my 2 scoops of C4 and a half hour later I was blasting through a super intense leg day, and feeling great!

I haven't tried any other PWOs, but I LOVE C4. It really works well for me, and I will be sticking with it (big believer in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it").

Shocked! But as for the product I haven't tried it so no opinion on it or its effects.

The best i've seen ingredient wise is MTs Neurocore. Going to be sad when it runs out cause where I live supplements have to be shipped and it don't come cheap

What is the best 2013 pre workout supplement? I want to start this year off good. I already have protein.

Don't you guys understand that the food that grows on this planet is perfectly balanced? It's not meant to be torn down on a molecular level then consume just specific amounts of what ever. It's not natural to consume the amount of one thing like people do with supplements, are bodies are not meant to take in such large doses of one specific thing. Example, yeah sure creatine is ''natural'', but think about it, how much freaking steak would you have to eat to get the amount of creatine you get from taking a scoop of it? It's extremely unhealthy, period. You can say what ever you want, but this is the truth. You're body only needs a certain amount of every mineral and vitamins or what ever out there, if you take such huge doses of it every day, it won't know what to do with it and will cause damage to your system. Are you guys that obsessed with your image and trying to impress people, that you're willing to make yourselves sick and damage your body in order to ''look good''?
