Best Pre Workout Supplement 2013

I mix ON Beta Alanine with ON Amino Energy. Goes hard, tastes stunning, and you can dial in as much caffiene/beta-alanine as you want. Not a crazy as pre, but that's not really what I like. Personal preference

I really doubt there's anything better than White Flood. No, I haven't tried "OG" Craze (or any Craze for that matter), but I don't want anything to do with anxiety attacks and crashes.

I'm interested to try shock therapy, pre surge, And iforce, but how do they compare to assault? I really like the profile of assault and have been hooked since craze. Wf seemed weak to me sorry cl, but I use it on cardio days.

Assault has a ton of I great ingredients that I have read work on their own and it tastes great plus no crash or anxiety like craze used to give me. Suprised no one mentioned assault in here - am I stuck in the past?

I am new to taking stims, but I have had Jacked3d mico and craze

Jacked gave me amazing focus and I remember being pissed when the gym guy tried to get me in his office for a review.

Craze was even better at the start, great focus and great energy, but it stopped doing that after 6 days, still gave me focus after that, but now I am in week 4 and it has about popped out.

orded some more jacked3d and K otic, switch between the two, I had a sample of k otic and i liked it, I just took half though and if half works the full amount should be better

well when it comes to a preworkout i always recommend AAEFX'S KOTIC. i've been using this product now for over 2 years so it's not a new product, but very few have heard of it, and less have tried it. but i've been passing out samples to my buddies at the gym, and most of them have actually thrown away their current pwo's and switched over to kotic. some of them take 2 scoops, but me personally with 1/2 a scoop or even just the recommended dosage is more than enough to give me the energy, focus and pump i need for my entire workout. the same time, i'm sensitive to caffeine so that one scoop is just perfect and i'm 5'11 and 225lbs. so you'd think i would need more, but not at all. i'd definitely recommend it.

gh why not try something different, I had jacked3d micro and it was great in gym, but the crash was bad as hell, I also have Craze, which works amazing for the first week, but after that is just seem's to poop out, Yesterday i never took craze and my workout was the same as the previous week, so that say's it all, I want to go back to it after a month like, as that one week it does work is totally amazing and it's just a shame it poops out early, I am looking forward to

I'd have to agree with this In a world of very similar caffeine-based pre-workouts, these two (and Craze, IMO) seem to set themselves far apart the rest, bringing something much more unique to the table.

Been using whiteflood+hemavol for a week now...not as great as I expected it to be but it's not bad for the price. There are some better options out there. Looking forward to trying ritual. Also heard some good things about mr hyde so I might give that a try.

Of course this subject really boils down to personal preferences more than anything. One product that works for one guy may not be as effective to another. But for my opinion, I've only taken three. (Cellucor C4, Muscle Tech Neurocore, and Driven Sports Craze). All three were pretty good, giving me personally a good amount of energy and focus. I'd have to say I seen the most from Craze though. I stacked it with Hemavol and it went pretty damn good lol Craze wasn't the best tasting option, but it def gave me the best results and that's what you should want.

There is really no best, just people's personal preference. I like white flood, no xplode, craze. They all give me good amounts of energy before I lift and helps me push more weights.

Make sure you drink a lot of water too and keep your diet in check. If you are new, read the stickies to get more information on supplements and nutrition.
