    Can I use olive oil for my healthy fats on a cutting diet?

    Can I use olive oil for my healthy fats on a cutting diet? I cook my breakfast (egg whites), lunch and dinner (fish/tilapia/rice) with oil.

    Of course but remember olive oil is very calorie dense (120 calories for a tablespoon) so you could either have a chicken breast or a tablespoon of olive oil because they are both around 120 calories...I suggest flax seeds or walnuts.

    You could just consume whole eggs and, for example, fatty fish.

    Yes. Along with coconut oil, peanut butter, almonds, cheese, eggs, etc. Just watch your portions and don't go over your calorie limit.
