    How to strengthen my core?

If I wanted to do like flagpole hangs or just having a strong core in general how would I strengthen my core? Squats aside since I already do them
Giving up is not an option.

Planks, weighted exercises like crunches, leg raises, DB side bends etc. It takes a while to develop a strong core.

Kneeling Cable Crunches are pretty bomb imo. I find them actually fun and it works my core better than any ab machine ever did.

Heavy squats, pullups, overhead barbell presses will be great. Front squats, pullthroughs, and heavy pulldowns will help.

Found a pretty good site for weight lifting calculations. Good for calculating your theoretical 1 rep max. Seems to help with motivation. Search for "The Power of Threeve" on google.
