    is this a got diet????

    i'm new to bodybuilding

    I workout every other day

    workout day
    1scoop combat with skimmed milk and banana in the morning
    breakfast (oatmeal with skimmed milk) + multi vitamin and fish oil
    meal 1 (250gm chicken breast with salad) + multi vitamin and fish oil
    5g creatine before workout
    bcaa before and after workout
    combat with milk and banana after workout
    meal 2 (250gm chicken breast, 250gm rice) + multi vitamin/fish oil
    5 eggs
    combat with skimmed milk and banana before bed

    rest day
    combat with skimmed milk and banana in the morning
    mutli vitamin/fish oil with breakfast (oatmeal with skimmed milk)
    meal #1 (250gm chicken breast with salad)
    bcaa between meals
    meal #2 (250gm chicken breast, 250gm rice)
    5 eggs
    combat with skimmed milk and banana before bed

    my goal is to get lean muscle as much as i can in 12 weeks, get to 12% bf or less i hope
    and then start cutting

    208 lbs 15% bf

    as i said i hope to get to 12%, but it's not the main goal
    it's written here 3 capsules/day, so i divided it through out the day
    if there is something wrong tell me why and what should i do,
