Im a tad confused with my bulking calories. After finding my bmr to be 1,600 i multiplied the activity factor of 1.55 to get 2,500 calories for maintenance. I then added 200-300 calories to gain roughly 0.5 lbs per week.
My question is, when i burn calories during my workout, should i eat those calories back?
Example: If I burn 200 calories, do i eat more to make a final total of 2,900 calories, or still shoot to total 2,700?

Was your workout incorporated into the 1.55 activity multiplier? If yes, keep cals around 2800, if no, eat your cals back or up your activity multiplier.
Or, to make it simple, eat your 2800 for a week, if no gain, add a couple hundred cals.*OKC THUNDER*
