Took me about 2.5 years.I do tabata burpees 3-4 times a week! Diet was mostly low/moderate carb. With a little experience its relatively easy to maintain a low bf

Looking good. I don't know if I agree with more mass being better. I mean, yes, technically it would be, but ripped to hell is pretty impressive no matter how much you weigh. Are we sure that's 6%? Lean as hell, but I would have assumed vascularity in abs at 6%? Never the less, still awesome!
