I ate 1/4 cup of blueberries, 2 multigrain waffles, and coffee with 2 tbsp of fat free french vanilla creamer.
Yummy!!!
What is the difference if you eat before or after you do cardio? SRS question because I go jogging and most of the time I will eat breakfast and then go jog like 2 hours later, but if it is better to run before you eat then maybe I should do that.Love the Lord your God with all your heart & with all your soul & with all your mind & with all your strength. -Mark 12:30

If the food I ate between midnight and before I went to sleep counts then it's:
two tostito chips
about 2tbsp spinach dip
4 shots of jack daniels
some ****gy red wine
lip balm
2 pieces of kabob
a bit of this:

I've just woken up and I've yet to eat anything so far. Lazy as faurk. There's a Mexican spot directly under me which usually comes in handy at a time like this but they're closed for new year's day.
Already starting 2013 w/fail? Not good my friend

First round of first meal. Sorry, had a few bits first
2nd round was an ultimate high protein omelet.
3rd round was a Belgian waffle with blackberry, strawberries and whipped cream.
