Posted a bunch of pictures earlier on my bodyspace. Different angles flexed/non-flexed. My upper body is definitely lagging in comparison to my lower body, but all of my muscle mass is from working manual labor jobs in my youth. It wasn't until last year when I decided to finally stop being lazy and drop off the 50+ excess lbs on my body did I even really touch weights, and since I was cutting and working manual labor I didn't weight lift too much.
you done a good job with your weight loss. really you just need to build some more muscle mass overall because you are quite small (almost as small as me lol) but if you're looking for something specific then I would say chest and shoulders could do with more work. but yeah really you need to build more muscle overall rather than worrying too much about specific areas yet.
As Alexd125 said, well done on the weight loss. As you say, your upper body is lagging compared to your lower. Some good thigh muscles and definition there.
To mirror Alexd125's comments again, you need to build more muscle overall rather than worrying just about specific areas. But you've got an ideal raw template to build upon though. Some examples, you've got some decent shape like your upper back. Trap and lateral work will really help to fill you out and help give you a solid diamond shape from behind. Tricep and bicep work. Your arms are skinny but you've got some good definition, you just need to add mass. Lower back needs some work to give you some thick bass. As for your chest and abs, again you've got the raw material already with some good definition albeit skinny, you just need to build upon it. Good luck bro.
Uploading a bodyspace pic of me at 140, after my initial cut
Thanks for the feedback. I'm definitely a bit on the smaller size, but should be noted my frame is also really small, 6" or so wrists. Most of the pictures are from opposite body group days too, tried not to take fully pumped pictures because very deceiving. So example, back pics were taken on chest day, chest pics on back days. Before I lost weight I had like a 37" waist, and absolutely no taper shape to me at all, so I was very surprised when I started dropping weight and it took me down to 140 to be sub 10% lol
