First day today, chest and bi's for the push day. Reason why i do this is to ensure that i dont train triceps after going heavy on chest. So i put it on a pull day. And shoulders go into legs day. And i feel better being able to go heavy. So for today's workout!!
DB BENCH PRESS - 90lbs for 5 reps ( 3 sets)
Incline bb bench - 155 lbs for 5 reps ( 3 sets)
Flat flyes - 3 sets of eight ( 12 kg)
Incline flyes - 3 sets of eight ( 12 kg)
Cable crossovers - 3 sets of 8 ( 40 lbs )
Bicep curls - 40 lbs for 3 x 8
Preachers for 20 lbs for 3 x 8
Hammer curls for 12 kg for 3 x 8
For biceps, i have low rest times and higher mind muscle connection as compared to pushing for strength on the bench. Will continue posting my weights and progress on here!!!
