thanks for the advice man. yeah my diet's probably not too good. I live at home with my parents so I just kinda have to eat what I'm given. I take whey protein twice a day though.
I doubt you'll be out of the gym for 6 months after having nuss procedure. I would say give it 8 weeks and take it easy at first.

Same here bro, ask your mum to buy you tuna for lunch, and put it in a tortilla wrap, 28 grams of protein right their, i have that everyday, oats and eggs in the morning, keep up with the shakes, but instead of shakes im guna be getting 5kg of chicken every month for £26 which means ill be getting 170g of protein everyday. Also cottage cheese before bed.
