I have no idea why terre d'hermes gets so much hate. Yes, the opening is pine sol. But the dry down is super quick , maybe 10 mins max - and is awesome. I've worn it 3x and have the same reaction every time.

I love it, but this whole scent thing is all personal preference anyways. I personally thought Aventus was one of the most overrated fragrances i've ever smelled but others treat it to be the holy grail. It is what it is.

Sampling Frapin's L'humaniste now for the second time.

What is your opinion on this one? To me is seems VERY weak. Put 3 spays on my arm and it is basically a skin scent and can still barely smell it. I get a hint of the juniper. Pure Shot also has Juniper. You think this is basically a weaker version of pure shot in a niche line?

you sure you put on l'humaniste?? it smells nothing like PS to me. I get more of a sweet pink lemonade type of feel from it. fukin amazing frag.

Have all of those but NH. La Nuit for me is def not going to happen. Can wear that anytime. I want beast mode panty dropper frag for this glorious occasion. DHI seems more like a date scent or upper class event. Not sure how that would do with the large crowds (I guess it depends where you are going)

Out of those if I were you i would go with DHI or OS

Smelled TV this morning, HNGGGGGG, need to find a spilt that will ship to AUS. On another note tried le male and it does smell very similar to cuba gold slightly more refined but I think I prefer Cuba anyway

Tired of getting sheety vials from niche brands and having to put in my own atomizer. at least it is 4ml. wonder why they do spray for the cheaper frags and vials for the upper line


was it niktak who was going to do the ikea stand? I just saw that same stand in a basenotes thread and someone had it full of expensive frags. So I guess you should be ok with that choice.


I keep going back and forth if to buy something like that or if i need a wine cooler for the warmer months. Tired of trying to pick , so I am just going to buy both, a small fridge for my expensive juice in the summer months, and nice glass stand for everyhing else
