    Enough shoulder work?

    My current split:

    ABCXXABCXX
    A=legs B=push C=pull x=rest day

    I currently do 5 supersets of lateral raises and db shoulder press at the end of each push workout, but I'm thinking about doing a separate shoulder day after pull day to give the shoulders more volume.

    Which would make ABCDXABCDX

    Should I stick with what im doing now or do shoulders separately?

    if you have NO idea how to build a routine...why would you....This so far sounds like an extremely stupid routine..Find a push/pull online if thats what you want to do.
