I bought 3 bags of hemp protein, blended with water and shared it with my guests on Christmas eve, my guests had strange grimaces on their faces and said it tastes like mud water. How will I make the hemp more tasty?

Come on..why the hell do you take that crap if you dont like it?? There are many tasty proteins out there, and if you are like me, that dont like shakes at all, eat whole food. Timing with right protein sources etc.
I bet you can get plenty of tasty proteinpowder in sweden,because i know. I live in norway and have been there many times. Buy whey protein or a blend with casein and other in it. Drop hemp protein100% natural and proud of it! (No PH's,DS's,AAS, etc.)
From 135 lbs to 227 lbs (naturaly and with severe obstructive sleep apnea)
Even with poor sleep you can gain thanks to quality food and good workout plan

I've never heard of anyone mixing just hemp protein with a liquid. It would take like grassy mud. Mix it with peanut butter, bananas or other fruit to give it some taste. Its not the taste that ruins it for me its the damn gritty texture.
Why are you buying hemp protein? I only people I know that buy hemp protein are vegans and they usually lean toward the pea, soy or brown rice protein. Like others have said there are much better choices.

I bought hemp because I wanted a slow digesting alternative to casein, I'm eating too much cottage cheese. I am already using rice protein powder that replaces some of my whey shakes. My stomach can't handle pea or soy.
I tried today to mix one teaspoon hemp in my smoothie, it worked good, I couldn't taste the hemp. At this rate I will have eaten up all 3 bags in one year.

Smoothies are not good for body builders as they contain a lot of sugars and pesticides...
They can make you bloated and tired as well.
Organic fruit is not safe either. I would recommend dried organic fruit from a protected source.
The less processed, the better. Soy and rice products are not healthy.
They will give you hormone imbalance...
Most of all eat what makes you feel good...
I have been using whey for years but made the switch to hemp. Hemp alone won't give you the power you need but it does have a huge number of health benefits. Mix it with yogurt, a healthy one. Avoid the crappy ones with corn starch. Find something all natural. In a bowl of yogurt add one scope of hemp protein powder, a half teaspoon of tribulus terrestris powder, a teaspoon of horny goat weed powder and let it stand for 5-10 mins before digestion.
After 3 days you should feel you body getting stronger. The power difference is amazing for me.
A good tip is to take a natural yogurt, add (lactose-enzymes) and add your own flavor...

Ok, now it's almost 2 years later and I have no problem eating hemp! I can take two cups of it without it tasting bad at all, only hemp and water! My taste buds have changed now. It even tastes better than whey used to taste! Amazing!
At first I blended it together with other shakes, then gradually increased the dosage until I only had hemp protein left. It worked great!

I feel much better now when I switched from whey to hemp, and removed processed foods! I'm eating dried organic apricots as well, great source of potassium, I feel less tired now.
It was only the past week when I removed the processed foods and I noticed huge gains in a short time. In my workout I increased in both weight and reps! Double bonus! Normally I only increase in weight.
