24 hour Update
Both arms around 16 3/4 inches today
Judging from this, after 24 hours my right arm has grown but my left has stayed the same. Will update again next week with new pics. Will answer questions if any!
My arms have like a deep/inner sore feeling, like my ones hurt lol. have gotten more sore since this morning though!

2 things can happen overtrain and shrinkage of muscle, tendon rip or tear and unable to lift for a month.. arm will never be the same. Only a idiot would think this would work. Science > silly articles you can't grow your arm faster by doing all day work out. Even on juice you can't gain that fast.

If you've had a proper workout you should be smaller after your pump dies down.
But the 1 day arm cure and workouts like it are over training and are aimed at uneducated lifters. It won't do anything positive, it will open yourself to greater risk of injury and it will have a negative effect on your muscles although not enough of one that anyone will notice (unless you did this stupid workout all the time). Overall you'll just waste a day.

Update!!
Here is my one week after update
So i just got back from a ski trip to vermont. Been taking in 10 grams of creatine per day and eating accordingly too. I just measured and here are the results!
Left arm after 1 week: 17 inches
Right arm after 1 week: 16 3/4 inches
If you recall my left arm before the workout was 16 3/4 inches so i had a 1/4 inch gain for that side. My right arm before the workout was at 16 1/8 inches so i had a little over a half inch gain on that side.
So the workout seems to have given some of the promised gains! not an inch but hey, its something!
I have yet to tear anything off of my bones or have any muscle pains as of a week after. Feel free to ask questions
