Hello! I'm training now with full body workout. I use 8 exercises, 2 each muscle group. But now i don't know how to train. Is split better or full body. I mean splits like: Upper/Lower or Push/Pull/Legs...
My program now is:
Pull ups, chin ups, push ups, dips, split squats, calf raises, leg raises and side(corner) raises. I do 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps and all is around 1h and 30min max. Soo.. Can someone help me to choose the program or to give me advice? PS: Sorry for my bad english :'(
I want to gain muscle mass. Someone say me full body workouts are better, but another say splits are better, because you can rest more time.
I do street workouts, cuz i don't like fitness.
