well I had a different New Years Day. When I woke up I had no pain & I remembered every thing.
Then for the day the only only bad thing I had to drink was a glass of bubbly (needed to get rid of that bottle) anyway. For years wife & spend NYDay at a casino with too much drinks & buffets.
Bad part is I did a lot of damage on the last part of the year so now I have a deep hole to dig out of..
Good Luck to all.

Ugh, gave into my craving last night and a had a large pepperoni pizza and some Reese Bites.
Last cheat meal for the month for me as starting from this day forward, I'm done making excuses and time to start getting some real results.
Tired of busting my ass in the gym and not having any results to show for all my hard work. That changes today.
Weight shot up to like 207 today, but I'm going to drive that down by this weekend.

Remember bros.... You have a new life style now! Your old life is behind you.. The things you used to do on the norm are part of the reason you reached the state you are in. You must change your life for the better...
Just keep that in mind when someone is pressuring you to partake in negative activities.. its not worth it!Lets get shredded for summer brahs

I'm trying to get down to 205. I've always been the biggest/strongest guy, and I don't want to be too skinny. I think if I've found myself down to 205 way before the end of the comp, then I'll start focusing more on weight training again to lower my body fat percentage which I'm about 16% right now.

It's only day 2 and there is anger in the thread.
I thought the chicken and corn looked good except don't like the corn runnin' into my chicken. At least he ate, I dropped my chicken dinner on the floor last night, broke the plate and all. Had a big azz bowl of oatmeal in it's place.
Good luck to you too!
Oh thanks for mentioning that, I didn't even notice lol. Also, take everything one day at a time, otherwise the reality of a long road is discouraging. When anyone asked me how I lost 80lbs I just said really, one day and one pound at a time.

Day 1 & 2 doing good all except I forgot I planned a pancake breakfast for the kids New Years morning, no bacon or sausage and I put oatmeal in the pancakes to make it "healthier" lol
Other than that, due to dropping my dinner all over the floor I had oatmeal for supper. Then did strength training, started with back/shoulders as I've become a marshmallow and thought that'd be the best place to start. Today, totally on track so far.Goals:
