I know my diet is well under maintenance, so it's not that I'm eating too much. I'm getting a good workout lifting. Muscles are sore, nice sweat going.

Anyone know this feel? What can I do?
Don't try and make any sense of it. You can't let the daily numbers play with your mind. This is my weight tracking for the last couple months. It is all over the f'in place. But, the general trend is downward. That is all you should be concerned with....the general trend.

Probably another small gain this week. Shouldn't be too much. I hope.

It's called 'Monitor Your Weight' and I put my weight in it every single day. It's free.*(well, it was when i got it. Not sure about now)

My graph looks a bit more crazy than the normal because I had a binge around thanksgiving and then another small one in mid jan. :/

YES! Woke up today and weighed myself, and for the first time since the start of this comp, I've finally lost some weight while eating ~2000 calories. Yesterday I was up to 310, today I weighed in at 308.2. I know it's a slight fluctuation and it happens all the time, but to finally see it drop while eating those calories puts a huge smile on my face. Let's hope this keeps up!

I've been stalled around between 262-265 for almost a month now, someone posted a video earlier about taking a diet break, and I think I need to.
I started losing weight by cutting cals back in October, using MFP and it said to lose 2lb/week I should eat ~1000 cal less per day than maintenance. Here I am in February, having stalled, I think that the deficit I've been eating at is too large. Im going to eat 20% less than maintenance for 2 weeks and see if I need to drop more. I've been considered doing this for a few weeks since I had thought of doing it, but raising my calories by ~400 a day worried me that I'd gain weight even under maintenance. Which, I probably will but I know it's for the better.

So, actual numbers: My TEE is 3184, I've been eating ~2120 a day since october, and now I'm going to rocket to 2548 for 2 weeks, maybe even stick there for a while if I still lose weight.

Breakfast this morning, 2 whole PB&J sandwiches. (WW Bread, Natty PB and nearly sugar free Strawberry jam.) I'm stuffed. D:

Me too, or a little more often if I'm not getting the results I want. It just helps me feel a bit more in control and aware of what's going on, instead of feeling like the scale is taking me for a ride lol. If it every becomes obsessive and creates negative thinking, I go back to once per week.

5 more days after today of PSMF and then I'm done.

Not a lot to report in on today. Going through the motions and grunting it out for the rest of the week.

I'll report in if for some reason I lose it at all, but I can muster the willpower to finish strong for 5 more days.

Looking like I'll have another good weigh-in to report come this weekend at this rate.

Speaking of delicious food, I just made myself a delicious dinner. I posted a recipe I used for meatballs a page or two back, and i made 4 oz of wheat linguine with it. Plus 3/4 cup of four cheese spaghetti sauce. All came to 1050 calories; 93C/23F/117P. SOOO good.

What's the issue? If you find out why you are failing you might be able to do something about it.

idk...I just keep getting tempted to eat bad food when I see it around the house :/ and im usually home :S

i'm thinking of new diet that maybe suits me more and I won't fail...i'm thinking of eating these foods every single day...and make it a rule that I don't eat any other

I know it's high in carbs...but I really can't survive without eating white rice everyday...I used to eat A LOT of white bread too and now haven't in a while...basically I cut all bread cuz low calorie ones suck.

    fat: 50
    protein: 105
    carbs: 218
    calories 1715

    3 eggs 240 calories
    oats (80g dry) 300 calories
    white rice 450 calories
    broccoli 50 calories
    peanut butter 1tbsp 95 calories
    protein shake 240 calories
    banana 110 calories
    fish oil (3) 30 calories
    almonds 160 calories
hershey cocoa powder 4tbsp 40 calories

please tell me this is good...I'm pretty sure I can stick to it...I love all these...I have never tried oats...but I plan to make them my dinner food...I always failed with eating chicken and other stuff for dinner and it takes a lot of time.

105 protein?? Enjoy your female lbm goals of 2013...srs. You should at least eat 1g per lb of lbm, and there are studies that show it's more effective in retaining lbm to eat even more...and fat is too low imo as well.

Wish I had an answer to your question, but literally every human body is different. Some will see veins @ 12%, some 15%, others 10%.

Seems like I will be registering a loss this week, even after SB weekend with copious amounts of pizza and alcohol. Happy days!

While I remember, anyone in the UK (not sure if its available elsewhere) who gets a chance to pick up a copy of the hairy biker's diet book, get it! It has some kick ass low cal meal ideas, which you can always alter to suit your own goals. I've made loads out of that book in the past 3-4 months, well worth a look at.
