Recently it's been:
Workout at 10am fasted
Aminos during workout
First meal at 12pm post workout (big meal)
Small meal at 5:00pm
Last meal at 7:30pm (somewhat large)
Fast from 8pm to 12pm
Other times due to work it's:
First meal at 12:00pm
Small meal at 5:00pm
Workout
Last and largest meal at 7:30pm
I eat the same amount of food within that window as if I was eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day. I'm sure you know about IIFYM, so you can eat pop tarts, just fit it into your macros. A lot of people think that IF means you can eat whatever and however much you want as long as it's in that 8 hr period.Brothers of Metal

I didn't take a pic of the snow since we get it here quite often. It was just few flurries most of it dried up now.
Nice I'm not doing IF now. But I did a year or so ago and made good progress on my cut/recomp.
I agree with you some peeps think of IF that they can eat whatever they want. Not the case it still has to fit the Macros.
I just finished eating my Low Fat Pop Tarts nom nom nomCONQUERING BARBELL

Congratulations to Gentao for kicking my butt in the finals of our FF league this year. Thanks to the other UGers for letting me participate.
Taking it easy in SoCal on vacation until the 30th when I head to SF. Return home on the 3rd. Lots of pain from the car accident and out of meds. No bueno.

Daughter is not digging the new phone. Says it's to big and sticks out her back pocket. What is trendy and new also has to be fashion acceptable. Say's it looks to big in her hand.... Mind was not ready for this.... So her and the wife might be switching out.

Below...
This. It's always nice to have a big meal afterwards, and I am more lenient with carbs in a post workout meal.
Post workout is the largest, then the smallest, then a medium size for my final meal. You can play with the meal sizes to find what works
That should be fine, from lean gains:
6 AM: 5-15 minutes pre-workout: 10 g BCAA.
6-7 AM: Training.
8 AM: 10 g BCAA.
10 AM: 10 g BCAA
12-1 PM: The "real" post-workout meal (largest meal of the day). Start of the 8 hour feeding-window.
Second meal at some point
8-9 PM: Last meal before the fast.Brothers of Metal

Man when I was doing IF I started doing it only on the weekends until I finally adjusted to my meal timing and started doing it daily.
@Matz: Word of advice do it gradually bro like what I stated start over the weekend then gradually move to daily. You'll find it easier to adjust. Also when I first started I was taking an appetite suppressant just for like a week or two so I can stay sane. I don't know about you but you can't fuk with me and my food! lol
Boom! Same as it was back in '95 when I was in H.S.
